Abstract

The invention discloses a low-temperature microscope, comprising a nitrogen cylinder, a reducing valve, a drying device, a flow meter, a low-temperature objective table, an objective lens located under the lower-temperature objective table and a focus lamp located above the lower-temperature objective table, wherein the low-temperature objective table is separated into four layers by an upper layer glass, a double-layered glass constituted by a cover glass and a glass slide, and a lower layer glass; the flow meter is connected to a heat exchanger and a first atmolysis head in turn by pipelines; after the temperature of nitrogen is adjusted by a temperature adjusting room, the nitrogen enters the low-temperature objective table for cooling samples and being discharged; and the discharged nitrogen is heated above the dew point temperature of the ambient air by a temperature recovery room, and discharged to one side of the upper and lower layer glasses contacting with air. In the invention, the temperature recovery of the discharged nitrogen is used for preventing moisture condensation, so that the nitrogen is recycled; and the structure of the device is compact, the operation is convenient, and the effect for preventing moisture condensation is obvious.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cryogenic biomedicine, in particular to a cryogenic microscope. Background technique [0002] Cryogenic microscopes are widely used in the field of low-temperature biomedicine, mainly to observe the changes of various cells and biological tissues through cryogenic microscopes in low-temperature environments. Now, people have used cryogenic microscopes to directly observe the formation of ice crystals inside and outside cells, and the shape and size of cells. Changes, etc., and obtained a large amount of important information, so that the impact of low temperature on the test object can be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, which has greatly promoted the development of low temperature biomedicine. The achievement of these achievements has made people further realize the importance of low temperature microscopy sex. [0003] After decades of development, the low-temperature microscope has brought many gratif...
