In the invention, the rock wool layer is adopted as a heat insulation layer, the fibers in the rock wool layer are perpendicular to the upper panel and the lower panel, when the rock wool layer is under stress, and the stress suffered by the upper panel is directly transferred to the lower panel through the fibers in the rock wool layer, therefore, the tensile strength is enhanced, and the rock wool layer is not layered under stress; meanwhile, the rock wool layer has the advantage of A-grade non-combustible and heat-insulation performance so that the whole heat-insulation fireproof decoration board has favorable energy-saving and fireproof functions; and the reinforced ribs are all perpendicular to the upper panel and the lower panel, therefore, the strength of the whole decoration board is increased, and the whole decoration can be kept unchanged without deformation under the tensile resistance effect of the reinforced ribs when the upper panel undergoes an external force and air temperature changes.
