The preparation method comprises: heating the deionized water, vinylacetate, methyl methacrylate, acrylamide, crosslinking agent and the like to 60 to 70 DEG C, heating to 85+-5 DEG C within 20 to 60 minutes, adding the initiator, reacting for 45 to 60 minutes, cooling and adding a neutralizer to neutralize the solution.
