Abstract

The invention relates to a compound anti-adhesion herniorrhaphy tablet and a preparation method thereof, clinically belonging to the field of abdominal wall defect herniorrhaphy implant medical apparatuses and manufacturing methods thereof. The compound anti-adhesion herniorrhaphy tablet comprises a polypropylene patch and a puffed polytetrafluoroethylene anti-adhesion patch, wherein the puffed polytetrafluoroethylene anti-adhesion patch is compounded on the polypropylene patch. The manufacturing method of the compound anti-adhesion herniorrhaphy tablet is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) hot-pressing and fusing a polypropylene reticulated weaving matter and a puffed polytetrafluoroethylene anti-adhesion membrane into a whole through a fuse machine so as to prepare a compound comprising the polypropylene patch and the puffed polytetrafluoroethylene anti-adhesion patch; and (2) cutting the compound which is hot-pressed and fused into a whole and comprises the polypropylene patch and the puffed polytetrafluoroethylene anti-adhesion patch into the anti-adhesion herniorrhaphy tablet in a preset shape through ultrasonic waves by adopting a cutter in the preset shape. The preset shape of the compound anti-adhesion herniorrhaphy tablet is a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a rectangular shape or an irregular shape.
