Abstract

The invention relates to an intensive care and therapy unit, which is characterized by comprising a clean area, a buffer area and a polluted area which are separated by partitions and are formed by fresh air pressure gradient and air cleanliness. An outside corridor is arranged around the unit in the polluted area, and a clean passage is arranged in the clean area. The clean area is communicated with the buffer area through a buffer room, and the outside corridor and the entry end of the clean passage are respectively communicated with an elevator passage through a door. Each unit is respectively provided with a door being communicated with the outside corridor and a door being communicated with the buffer area. On architectural layout and gas flow directions, the unit ensures the unitarity of structural partitions and functional partitions of the three areas, therefore cross-infection among intensive care units (ICU) can be effectively avoided, and biological security is furthest provided for medical workers.
