Abstract

The invention discloses technology for preparing iron ore concentrate, which comprises the following steps of: preparing coarse iron ore concentrate subjected to magnetic separation twice, pretreating the coarse iron ore concentrate in a cylinder screen, concentrating undersize products of the cylinder screen through a magnetic screening machine, and combining oversize products of the magnetic screening machine with oversize products of the cylinder screen; and dehydrating in a magnetic dehydration tank, regrinding the dehydrated products in a regrinding machine, disaggregating iron ore which is not subjected to full monomer disaggregation, performing magnetic separation on the reground products in a weak magnetic separation machine so as to prepare the iron ore concentrate, and mixing the iron ore concentrate with the undersize products of the magnetic screening machine to obtain total iron ore concentrate. Therefore, different-magnetism iron ores are effectively separated and non-disaggregated iron ores in the coarse iron ore concentrate are disaggregated by using characteristics of magnetic screening machine equipment so as to improve the grade and recovery rate of the iron ore concentrate, and the quality grade of the iron ore concentrate can be effectively improved.
