Problems solved by technology

However, both Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium have a common fatal weakness, that is, they are easily affected by various external biochemical and physical factors during storage and oral administration and lose their activity, so they cannot achieve the expected purpose.

Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-ecological preparation and a preparation method thereof. The micro-ecological preparation consists of viable clostridium butyricum and an acceptable carrier. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: inoculating clostridium butyricum strains into an improved agar-containing GAM semisolid culture medium and performing anaerobic cultivation to obtain slant stains; inoculating the slant strains into a liquid culture medium and performing the anaerobic cultivation to obtain liquid strains; inoculating the liquid strains into a sterilized basic culture medium, and performing anaerobic fermentation cultivation for 48 to 60 hours in a way of controlling residual sugar content in the fermentation process to be not over 0.5 percent and controlling ammonia nitrogen content to be 0.05 to 0.15 percent; and after the cultivation is finished, placing the liquid strains into a tank, mixing the liquid strains and the carrier and performing spray drying to obtain the micro-ecological preparation. The micro-ecological preparation of the invention can promote the growth of livestock and poultry, improve the immunity and improve the quality of animal products, and is favorable for reducing the cost of feeds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feed additive and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a butyric acid bacteria microecological preparation and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Feed additives refer to small or trace substances added during feed production, processing and use, which are used in small amounts but have significant effects in feed. Feed additive is an inevitable raw material used in the modern feed industry. It has obvious effects on strengthening the nutritional value of basic feed, improving the production performance of livestock and poultry, ensuring animal health, saving feed cost, and improving the quality of livestock products. [0003] Excellent feed additives not only require to continue to improve the nutrition, palatability and biological properties of feed, but more importantly, to solve the problem of feed safety. The safety of feed mainly includes three aspects: one is to eliminate the impact o...
