Problems solved by technology

Therefore, after the completion of the dredging project, although the thickness of the bottom mud has been reduced, its exposed area has not been reduced, so the reduction of the odor is limited and cannot be completely deodorized
At present, there is no report on in-situ deodorization technology, and it is of great practical significance to develop a technology that can deodorize sludge in situ

Embodiment 1

[0051] Operating location: Entrance Road of Kai Tak Nullah, Hong Kong

[0052] Relevant information of the work site: sludge area, 4 hectares (40000m 2 ); sludge depth, 0.75m; main pollutants, household wastewater, industrial wastewater, crude oil pollution.

[0053] (1) Sampling and analyzing the sludge at the entrance of Kai Tak Nullah revealed that the AVS content in the sludge was 4000mg / 0.001m 3 Wet bottom mud, TOC content is 15000mg / 0.001m 3 wet bottom mud;

[0054] (2) The riverbed of about one hectare near the large box-shaped outfall is much higher than the riverbed level due to serious siltation. Before the injection, the riverbed of this hectare was dredged, and then the biochemical boat was used to level it.

[0055] (3) First calculate that the injection amount of calcium nitrate required for this piece of sludge is 23.5kg / m 3 The wet sludge was actually injected with a calcium nitrate solution of 45% by mass; the first round of injection was at a depth of 0....

Abstract

The invention provides an in-situ sludge deodorant, a deodorization method thereof and deodorization equipment thereof. The in-situ sludge deodorant is14.32 and 52.59 mass percent solution of calcium nitrate. The deodorization method comprises the following steps of: (a) measuring the acid volatile sulfide content and the total organic carbon content of the sludge in a water area to be deodorized, and calculating the dosage of the solution of calcium nitrate for deodorization; and (b) plowing the sludge by using an injection rake on a biochemical ship and injecting the solution of calcium nitrate into the sludge through the injection rake, wherein after the biochemical ship sails forward, the sludge plowed returns to the original place so as to keep the solution of calcium nitrate in the sludge. The in-situ sludge deodorization equipment is the biochemical ship which comprises an injection system, a storage system, a conveying system and a sailing system. In the method and the equipment, the solution of calcium nitrate is injected into the sludge by using the biochemical ship so that the calcium nitrate sufficiently reacts with substances producing odor and finally the substances are converted into harmless and odorless gas, and the problem that the excavated sludge occupies land space and causes pollution diffusion because the sludge is stored in different places in the prior art is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to sludge biochemical deodorization technology, in particular to an in-situ deodorizer applicable to sludge in rivers, lakes and ports, as well as its deodorization method and equipment. Background technique [0002] Due to the rapid development of cities, environmental protection measures are relatively lagging behind, and many rivers, lakes, and ports are seriously polluted, causing environmental problems such as deterioration of water quality, black bottom mud, ecological damage, and severe stench of water bodies. [0003] Among them, the mechanism of foul smell produced by sludge in polluted waters is as follows: at the bottom of the water, the polluted sediment is in an environment lacking oxygen, and anaerobic microorganisms can only use sulfate radicals in the water as electron acceptors to degrade the sludge in the sludge. Organic matter reacts as follows: [0004] 2CH 2 O+SO 4 2- +2H + →H 2 S↑+2H 2 O+2CO 2 [000...
