The battery pack radiator of the invention starts to work by using the electric energy converted from solar energy, so the temperature of the solar pack is reduced to a normal range, the overall system converts the collected solar energy into the electric energy and completely stores the electric energy into the power battery pack; and therefore, the solar energy is effectively utilized.
