Abstract

The invention discloses a bituminous pavement material hydrodynamic pressure washing tester, which comprises a machine frame and a horizontal bottom plate arranged on the top of the machine frame; the horizontal bottom plate is fixedly provided with a motor and a reducer; the reducer is connected with a cam mechanism; the driven piece of the cam mechanism is a vertically arranged force-applying push rod arranged below a cam and passes through a horizontal bottom plate vertically downward to enter the machine frame; the lower end of the force-applying push rod is fixedly provided with a supporting seat, the lower end face of the supporting seat is fixed with a rubber plate, and a washing mold for mounting a test piece is arranged below the rubber plate; and a water tank is arranged below the machine frame, and the washing mold is arranged in the water tank. The tester accurately simulates the actual condition of the washing action of a hydrodynamic pressure on a bituminous pavement material. Through the tester, the relationship between the washing amount of the pavement material and action times can be tested; and the test result is stable and reliable, and the comparability between the test results of different materials is high.
