The sample detecting circulating water device comprises a lower layer power device, a middle layer sample detecting device and a sample injector; wherein the lower layer power device comprises a water tank and a submersible pump; the middle layer sample detecting device comprises a flow meter and an optical planktonic animal counter, the water tank is communicated with the submersible pump, the output terminal of the submersible pump is communicated with one end of the flow meter, the other end of the flow meter is communicated with the water inlet of the sample injector, the water outlet of the sample injector is communicated with the inlet of the optical planktonic animal counter, the outlet of the optical planktonic animal counter is communicated with the water tank; an upper water channel control valve is arranged on the organic glass pipeline between the submersible pump and the flow meter, and a lower water channel control valve is arranged on the organic glass pipeline between the optical planktonic animal counter and the water tank.
