Problems solved by technology

Although the spectral analysis of gas absorption spectrum is an important method for gas quantitative analysis, there are still some unresolved problems in this method. One of them is that due to the complex background to be analyzed, there may be some other substances besides the target gas. some unknown interfering gases

Embodiment Construction

[0067] In the following, the quantitative analysis of mid-infrared absorption spectra of methane, ethane, propane, isobutane, n-butane, isopentane and n-pentane is taken as an example, combined with the actual instrument scanning spectrum and spectral reconstruction results and other drawings, as well as this The principle of the invention will further describe the embodiment of the invention in detail.

[0068] The present invention constructs a hook loss function:

[0069] P=k 1 ε 2 +(exp(k 2 ε)-1) 2 (1)

[0070] In the formula, exp( ) represents the natural logarithmic function; ε is the independent variable; P represents the loss function; the parameter k 1 and k 2 Controls the curve shape of the function. Obviously, in this function, the weight is smaller when the spectral transmittance is smaller than the corresponding wavenumber transmittance of the reconstructed spectrum, and vice versa, so as to reduce the influence of the unknown gas present in the analyz...

Abstract

The invention discloses a multicomponent gas concentration quantitative analysis method based on absorption spectrogram reconstruction, which comprises the following steps: preestimating the concentration of each component in analyzed gas and converting absorbance, and reconstructing the spectrogram according to a Lambert-Beer theorem; then constructing a hook-shaped loss function by taking the difference of the spectral lines of the reconstructed spectrogram and an actual spectrogram. Input takes zero as a boundary; when the input is less than zero, a function value decreases progressively, and the decrease amplitude is smaller; when the input is greater than zero, the function value increases progressively, and the increase amplitude is bigger. Then iteration operation is carried out on the concentration of each component in the gas to be analyzed by adopting a momentum method or a genetic algorithm until the concentration difference of each component in the iteration results of two adjacent times is less than a preset admissible value to end the iteration operation. The method has high analysis speed, accurate result and small influence of interference on an analysis result, can be used for gas logging, product quality check and fault diagnosis and the multicomponent gas quantitative analysis of the fields of hardware, chemical industry, environmental protection and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of quantitative analysis of spectra, relates to a method for quantitative analysis of multi-component gas concentration, and in particular to a method for quantitative analysis of multi-component gas based on spectral diagram reconstruction. Background technique [0002] Spectral analysis is often used for component analysis of mixtures, and it is also one of the important methods for online quantitative analysis of multi-component gases. Gas analysis involves many fields such as scientific research, environmental protection, equipment fault diagnosis, product quality inspection, natural gas and oil exploration logging, etc. In these fields, the quantitative analysis of component gases plays a very important role. For example, one of the fault diagnosis methods for transformers is identified by detecting the content of acetylene and other gases in transformer oil, and the combustion value of natural gas is determined ...
