Abstract

The invention discloses toosedarin biological fertilizer, which is prepared from crushed chinaberry fruit residue produced in a process of extracting and refining toosedarin cream or chinaberry biodiesel, wherein the added fermentation preparations comprise cellulose, protease, amylase and mixed bacteria (trichoderma viride, bacillus, lactic acid bacillus, photosynthetic bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and saccharomycetes in a weight ratio of 6-8: 3-5: 2-3: 1.5-2; and the weight ratio of the fermentation preparations to the fruit residue is 1: 5,000-6,000. A method comprises the following steps of: 1) pre-treating raw materials; 2) adding the fermentation preparations, namely the cellulose, the protease, the amylase and the mixed bacteria; 3) performing closed fermentation for 5 to 10 days at the temperature of between 15 and 40 DEG C; 4) drying at the temperature of about 60 DEG C; 5) adding garm; and 6) stirring, mixing and packing. The method does not need special equipment, the whole preparation process is performed at normal temperature under normal pressure, and the production process has no 'three-waste' emission.
