Abstract

The present invention relates to a base component of linear motor and a manufacturing method thereof, and particularly to a method for manufacturing the base component of a linear motor without an iron core, wherein, a first component which carries at least one coil winding for generating magnetic flux is provided. Furthermore, a second component used as a carrier is provided. At least one dent part is provided on the first and/or second component. A sensor device is partially provided in the at least one dent part at least. Through the setting solution of the invention, the sensor device can be provided on the base component of the linear motor in the last period of the mounting process. Finally all possibilities of the combination between the sensor and the base component are obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a base part of a linear motor and a base part of a linear motor. Background technique [0002] Linear motors are used for various drive tasks. It is particularly suitable for positioning small and moderately moving substances with high precision because it is essentially a backlash-free direct drive. [0003] In addition to conventional linear motors with an iron core (iron core), the use of iron-less linear motors is also increasing. It is particularly advantageous in terms of high positioning accuracy, high dynamics and high maximum speed, but is limited in terms of force density. A typical embodiment of an ironless linear motor has a base part which is designed with two or three coil windings for generating the magnetic flux. The associated secondary part is formed on both sides and comprises an angled U-profile, on each inner side of which a row of magnets of alternating polarity is arranged. ...
