Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement having a substantially cuboid electronic component, in particular in the form of a computer (11), and having a substantially U-shaped carrier (1), which is provided with a base (2) and two limbs (3a, 3b), and which is designated for receiving and holding the computer (11). It is proposed that at least one limb (3a) of the carrier (1) have at least one first U-shaped recess (4), that a second U-shaped recess (7), which is rotated 180 DEG relative to the first recess (4), is provided substantially in an area (B1) delimited by the limbs (3a, 3b) of the first U-shaped recess (4), and that a hole-shaped recess (10), through which the electronic component (11) is fastened on the carrier (1) using a fastening element (12), is provided substantially inside an area (B2) delimited by the limbs (8, 9) of the second U-shaped recess (7). Measures of this type simplify the installation of the electronic component in the carrier.
