Embodiment Construction

[0010] Embodiment Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd. Wengfu Phosphate Fertilizer Plant produces 240,000 tons of powdery monoammonium phosphate (in P 2 o 5 On the basis of the plan, the same below), the slurry system of the device is transformed, the production capacity of neutralization and secondary heaters is expanded, and a part of concentrated ammonium phosphate is separated from the secondary heater of the powdered monoammonium phosphate plant Slurry is granulated, dried, crushed and screened to become granular monoammonium phosphate products, and a plant with an annual output of 240,000 tons of powdered monoammonium phosphate and a combined production of 120,000 tons of granular monoammonium phosphate has been built. Wherein, after neutralization, the neutralization degree of the ammonium phosphate slurry is controlled at 0.85-1.25, and the water content is 40%-50%. After the secondary heater is concentrated, the slurry is 0.85-1.25, and the water content is 35-45%. The technical...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the co-production of granular monoammonium phosphate by using a powdery monoammonium phosphate production device. The method comprises the following steps: neutralizing phosphoric acid and ammonia by adopting a neutralizing slurry concentrating method; after secondary steam-heating and concentrating, separating part of concentrated ammonium phosphate slurry from a secondary heater of the powdery monoammonium phosphate production device; and granulating, drying, crashing and screening to obtain a granular monoammonium phosphate product. The neutralization degree of the concentrated ammonium phosphate slurry is controlled to be between 0.85 and 1.25; the moisture content of the slurry is controlled to be between 35 and 45 percent; hot air or flue gas is used for drying; the drying temperature is between 400 and 600 DEG C; the moisture content of the dried product is less than or equal to 2.0 percent; and after crashing and screening, the granular monoammonium phosphate products with the granularity between 1 and 4 mm account for more than or equal to 90 percent of the total amount of the products. The method realizes that the powdery monoammonium phosphate and granular monoammonium phosphate slurry use the same production device, realizes the co-production of the powdery products by using the granular products, brings the advantages of producing the granular monoammonium phosphate by using a concentration method into play, and provides a way for the enlargement of granular monoammonium phosphate devices, thereby adapting to market needs and promoting the development of phosphate fertilizer industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to phosphate, further specifically, relates to monoammonium phosphate, specifically, relates to the co-production method of powdery monoammonium phosphate granular monoammonium phosphate. Background technique [0002] Powdered monoammonium phosphate is mainly used in the production of compound fertilizers, and partly used as raw materials for fire-fighting equipment. In the market, the supply of powdered monoammonium phosphate exceeds demand, while domestic and international demand for granular monoammonium phosphate products is relatively large. However, at present, the production of granular monoammonium phosphate usually adopts traditional methods, and the device capacity is often less than 100,000 tons of P 2 o 5 . Existing devices for producing powdery monoammonium phosphate cannot be directly used to produce granular monoammonium phosphate. After searching, so far, the only patent related to the co-production of ...
