The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing mixed solution of propylene glycol and glycerol; completely dissolving the R-polysaccharide in the prepared mixed solution; preparing solution of crosslinking (polyacrylic acid) resin; adding the prepared mixed solution containing the R-polysaccharide into the solution of crosslinking (polyacrylic acid) resin to obtain a gelatinous polymer, supplementing distilled water and stirring the solution uniformly; and slowly dripping solution of triethanolamine to neutralize the obtained ultrasonic coupling agent.
