Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0019] refer to figure 1 with figure 2 , the pier rolling stone impact protection structure of the present invention includes a protective steel plate member 20 fixedly arranged outside the stone-facing surface of the pier column, a buffer space is formed between the protective steel plate member 20 and the surface of the pier column, and a three-dimensional Reinforced grille 40 and foam buffer layer 30. When rolling stones or debris flow strikes, the protective steel plate member 20 and the three-dimensional reinforced grille 40 play the role of dispersing the force, deformation and energy consumption, and the foam buffer layer 30 plays the role of buffering. For the protected pier, the purpose of reducing the impact effect is achieved by dissipating energy and prolonging the impact time. Therefore, the present invention can effectively reduce the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rolling stone collision protective structure for a bridge pier and aims to effectively enhance the safety of the bridge pier of a bridge. The protective structure comprise a protective steel plate member (20) fixedly arranged outside a pier column, wherein a cushion space is formed between the protective steel plate member (20) and the surface of the pier column; and a three-dimensional reinforcing steel bar grid (40) and a foamed cushion layer (30) are fixedly arranged in the cushion space. The protective structure can effectively reduce the collision effects of geologic hazards, such as rolling stones and debris flow and the like on the bridge pier of the bridge and effectively enhance the safety of the bridge pier of the bridge under the condition that the bridge pier of the bridge is under severe threat of rolling stone collision in areas with frequent rolling stone hazard, and has the advantages of simpleness, convenient installation and replacement, economy and practicability, and high adaptability. The protective structure is suitable for reinforcing a conventional bridge pier or building a new bridge pier and can be used as an anti-ship collision facility for an underwater bridge pier to effectively reduce ship collision effect applied to the bridge pier and lighten damage on a ship.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to bridges, in particular to a protective structure capable of effectively reducing the impact of geological disasters such as rolling stones and debris flows on bridge piers. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of bridge construction, the safety of bridges has become increasingly prominent, especially in areas where geological disasters such as rolling stones, landslides, and collapses occur frequently in mountainous areas. As a control project in traffic arteries, the safety of bridges is more important. In the early morning of July 25, 2009, under the impact of continuous heavy rain, a rolling stone disaster occurred on the left side of the Wenchuan Section of National Highway 213. The huge rolling stone hit the bridge pier of the Thorough Bridge, causing the pier to be broken, the girder to fall, and the vehicle to be destroyed. The fatal accident directly led to the complete interruption of National Highw...
