The color-changing yarn feeding device comprises a horizontally-extended body, a fixed plate provided with a rocker mechanism and a yarn feeding wheel, wherein the fixed plate and the body are provided with connection structures which can enable the fixed plate to rotate on the body, so that the fixed plate can move away from or be close to the yarn feeding wheel; the yarn feeding wheel comprises a wheel-shaped main body, a wheel-shaped lower cover and an outer wheel; the main body and the lower cover are tightly connected into a whole, the outer wheel is in the shape of a circular ring, and the circularouter wheel is removably sheathed at the periphery of the main body and the lower cover which are tightly connected into a whole. The invention has the advantage that the rubber ring can be quite conveniently and quickly replaced, the rubber ring can be replaced by only rotating the fixed plate of the rocker mechanism by a certain angle to remove the outer wheel of the yarn feeding wheel from themain body and the lower cover which are tightly connected into a whole, and all the rubber rings of the yarn feeding wheel on one knitter can be replaced within 30 minutes, thereby raising the efficiency by more than at least ten times.
