The device comprises a processor, a reactor and a combined absorption tower, and methanol mixed gas sequentially passes through the components, wherein a circulating pump is connected on the combined absorption tower, a distillation absorption tower comprises a tower bottom section for absorbing the gas and re-distributing, a distillation conversion section for carrying out methanol separation gas-liquid conversion, an absorption section for liquid level control, a floating valve section for absorbing the methanol gas and a tower top section for gas-liquid separation.
