The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing each raw material with designated weight proportion for later use; placing the peppermint oil, the wintergreen oil, the eucalyptus oil and the white camphor oil into an oil mixing tank for stirring for 6-8 hours; and adding the wormwood essential oil and the clove oil into the tank for stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the Chinese medicine herbal conditioner.
