The oil-in-water emulsion is prepared by using composition A and composition B in a mixing way according to certain proportions, wherein the composition A contains the following components by weight percent: 1-3 percent of 2-octyldodecanol, 0.5-1 percent of beewax, 3-7 percent of isooctyl stearate, 1-3 percent of C16-18 alcohol polyglycerin ester and 0.5-1 percent of sorbin glycerol monolaurate; and the composition B contains the following components by weight percent: 3-5 percent of glycerol, 0-0.3 percent of methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0-0.3 percent of polyacrylate, 0.2-0.4 percent of methylparaben, 0.2 percent of essence and remaining percent of deionized water. The composition A is mixed and heated to 75 DEG C and the composition B is mixed and heated to 75 DEG C. The composition A is added into composition B under agitation, and the essence is added after the temperature is dropped down to 45 DEG C.
