Benefits of technology

This technology allows for both different ways of attaching ornaments on ceramic products such as tiles or chinaware by combining them together with an electric plasma method called elecrolithography (EL). By doing this, it makes these colors look brighter than traditional techniques while also giving them 3 dimensions - making them more visually appealing – which can be used widely across various industries worldwide.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented method for creating high quality surfaces with low costs involves traditional techniques such as glass or colored materials that require multiple steps before being reused afterward. This results in an increase in manufacturing time and increased expenses associated therewith.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a furnishing art porcelain, in particular to a method for manufacturing a stockpile electroplated decorative furnishing art porcelain. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) selecting petuntse; 2) making a porcelain blank; 3) stockpiling and burning the porcelain blank; 4) electroplating the porcelain; and 5) decorating the porcelain. The method of the invention combines the two decorating methods of stockpiling and electroplating so the stockpiled part of the porcelain has bright color and offers a three-dimensional sense embossment and the whole product is grand. The method of the invention has simple manufacturing process, low manufacturing cost, easy mass production and a promising market prospect.
