After hydrogenation, the sulfur content of the product was 9 μg / g, and the octane number lost 1.0 units.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Using a single-stage cross-flow reactor, jet fuel with a sulfur content of 1000 μg / g is used as raw material, and the hydrogenation desulfurization is carried out at 260 ° C. The catalyst is FH-98. The reaction pressure is 2.6MPa, the hydrogen-oil ratio is 40:1, and the circulation ratio (circulation oil volume: fresh raw material volume) is 2:1; the process conditions in the cross-flow stripping zone are: hydrogen is used as the stripping gas, and the pressure is 2.5MPa , the temperature is 180°C, and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 160:1. The sulfur content of the product after hydrogenation is 15 μg / g.

Embodiment 3

[0033] Using a single-stage cross-flow reactor, straight-run diesel oil with a sulfur content of 4500 μg / g was used as raw material for hydrorefining at 350 ° C for desulfurization and denitrogenation, and the catalyst was FH-DS. The reaction pressure is 7MPa, the hydrogen-oil ratio is 50:1, and the circulation ratio (circulation oil volume: fresh raw material volume) is 3:1; the process conditions in the cross-flow stripping zone are: nitrogen is the stripping gas, the pressure is 6.9MPa, The temperature is 200°C, and the gas-oil volume ratio is 150:1. The sulfur content of the product after hydrogenation is 15 μg / g.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for hydroprocessing a static bed. The method is characterized in that raw material oil is mixed with hydrogen to pass through a hydroprocessing region with a catalyst bed layer under hydroprocessing technique condition, wherein the hydroprocessing region comprises a single-stage or multi-stage internal cross-flow reactor, and a part of hydrogenation products are mixed with the raw material oil for recycling. By using the method, the volume of hydrogen oil is smaller, thereby the apparatus investment and operating cost are greatly reduced; the used internal cross-flow reactor simultaneously has functions of catalyzing the hydrogenation reaction and extracting gases of reaction by-products such as H2S, NH3 and the like from a reaction system, thereby greatlyimproving the efficiency of the hydrogenation reaction. The invention not only can be used for distillate of gas, coal, diesel fuel and the like for hydrodesulphurization, hydrodenitrogenation and hydrodearomatization to refine, but also for distillate such as VGO raw material moderating the hydrocracking to produce clean fuel.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fixed-bed hydrogenation treatment method, which does not need a hydrogen circulation link and a hydrogen circulation compressor. Background technique [0002] The fixed-bed hydroprocessing process is usually a catalytic reaction process for removing impurities such as sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, and metals from crude oil raw materials, or reducing the size of raw material molecules. In this process, in order to control the reaction temperature of the catalyst bed and avoid catalyst deactivation due to carbon deposition, a larger hydrogen-to-oil ratio is usually adopted. [0003] When a large hydrogen-to-oil ratio is used for hydroprocessing, there must be a large amount of hydrogen surplus after the hydrogenation reaction is completed. The excess hydrogen is usually pressurized by the circulating hydrogen compressor through the hydrogen circulation link, mixed with new hydrogen, and then continues to be used as the hydrogen fe...
