The negative-potential acid water is manufactured according to the following operation sequences of: setting a main water tank and an auxiliary water tank, separating the main water tank and the auxiliary water tank by an ion diaphragm and adding raw water; electrolyzing in an electrode inversion way; measuring pH value and ORP value alternately; once the pH of the raw water of the main water tank is smaller than 8.5 and the oxidation-reduction potential ORP is smaller than -300mv, pausing electrolysis and changing the setting of electrodes; setting the electrode of the main water tank into an electrolytic positive pole, setting the electrode of the auxiliary water tank into an electrolytic negative pole and executing re-electrolysis; and obtaining the negative-potential acid water until the pH value is measured to be smaller than 6.5 and the ORP is measured to be smaller than 0.
