A moveable plate is disposed between the two travel switches and is connected with the screw rod via a linear shaft. The moving distance of the moveable plate accurately reflects the moving position of a carrier dragged by the winding engine via the coder and a controller. The position of the travel switch can be regulated and is behind a travel locating point of the winding engine. When the controller is out of order, the winding engine continues running, the moveable plate moves to the travel switch, the travel switch contacts and sends to an external controller via leads, and then the controller stops the winding engine in order to efficiently prevent accident.
