The invention discloses a magnetic-rheologic rubber shock absorber with a corrugated cylindrical surface, comprising a shocking table frame, a supporting seat and a magnetic-rheologic shock absorber, wherein the magnetic-rheologic shock absorber is arranged between the shocking table frame and the supporting seat and comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a coil arranged in the hydraulic cylinder; magnetic-rheologic liquid is filled between a piston rod and a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder; a rubber block is padded between the cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder and the shocking table frame; and the cylindrical surface of an upper piston head or a lower piston head of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is in a corrugation shape. Compared with the prior art, the invention increases the damping force which can be provided by the shock absorber by replacing the smooth cylindrical surface of the piston head with a corrugated surface and can double or triple the efficiency of the traditional magnetic-rheologic shock-absorbing device.
