specific Embodiment approach 1

[0009] Specific embodiment 1: The preparation method of the biological compound demulsifier in this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps: 1. Inoculate Bacillus mohaiwei in MMSM liquid medium, under the conditions of 28~32°C and 140r / min Cultivate under low temperature for 24 hours to obtain Bacillus subtilis seed solution; 2. Inoculate Bacillus subtilis in MMSM liquid medium, and cultivate for 20 hours at a temperature of 28~32°C and 140r / min to obtain Bacillus subtilis seed solution 3. Inoculate the Bacillus subtilis seed solution of 3~4ml and the Bacillus subtilis seed solution of 1.5~2.5ml respectively in the MMSM liquid culture medium of 100ml, at a temperature of 32~35°C and a shaker revolution number of Cultivate for 10-16 hours at 80-160r / min and pH 7-8 to obtain a biocomposite demulsifier; wherein the absorbance of the Bacillus mohaiwei seed solution at 620nm wavelength in step 1 is 3.4-4.7; The absorbance of Bacillus subtilis seed liquid at 620nm...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0013] Specific embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment 1 is that in step 3, 3.5 ml of Bacillus mohaiwei seed liquid is mixed with 2 ml of Bacillus subtilis seed liquid. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0014] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that in step 3, 3 ml of Bacillus mohaiwei seed liquid is mixed with 1.5 ml of Bacillus subtilis seed liquid. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a biological compound demulsifying agent, which relates to a method for preparing a demulsifying agent. The method solves the problems that the harms to the environment caused by a chemical demulsifying agent still exist although the conventional biological demulsifying agent is compounded with the chemical demulsifying agent or auxiliary agents with other functions, and the biological demulsifying agent has low demulsifying efficiency, poor stability and high cost. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a bacillus mojavensis seed solution; secondly, preparing a bacillus subtillis seed solution; and finally, mixing the bacillus mojavensis seed solution and the bacillus subtillis seed solution, and inoculating the mixture into a culture medium for culture to obtain the biological compound demulsifying agent. The biological compound demulsifying agent has an oil expulsion rate up to 100 percent, reduces the addition and the cost, has high stability which is shown by good demulsifying effect on emulsions under the condition of the pH value of 3 to 9, and the change of the oil expulsion rate of not more than 10 percent when the temperature of the emulsions changes between 20 and 120 DEG C.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a demulsifier. Background technique [0002] Demulsifiers play an important role in the fields of crude oil production, transportation, and oil pollution separation and removal. For a long time, chemical demulsifiers have been mainly used in industry for oil-water separation. However, chemical demulsifiers show strong specificity and will bring a large amount of inorganic salts or organic residues into crude oil wastewater. The discharge of waste water containing chemical residues can cause serious harm to the environment, and the treatment of such waste water will greatly increase production costs. Biological demulsification technology uses microbial cells themselves or their metabolic processes and metabolites to achieve emulsion demulsification, which has the advantages of simple production process and low energy consumption. More importantly, biological demulsifiers are non-toxic and easy to degra...
