The singlechip computes encoding signals output by the encoding device to obtain the specific encoder which outputs low level; and the singlechip computes received electrical signals output by the encoding device and the AND gate group to obtain the specific number of a photosensitive diode which is irradiated by sunlight so as to order the stepper motor to rotate a stepping angel.
