Problems solved by technology

However, the existing environmental chambers have many deficiencies in these aspects.
For example, the environmental chamber designed and manufactured in the patent 200710152159.5 is only a single chamber, and only one group of experiments can be carried out at a time, and the hatch has no sealing device, which is sealed only by the gravity of the hatch cover. When the concentration of VOCs in the cabin is not high, it will inevitably cause serious big error
In addition, the environmental chamber does not have any temperature control and heat preservation devices, and is directly exposed to the environmental space, so the temperature fluctuation during the measurement process can reach ±2°C
Moreover, the opening of the environmental chamber is directly connected to the blower, the air flow in the chamber is very disturbed, the cleanliness of the air entering the chamber cannot be guaranteed, and it cannot be used for airtight experiments
Most other environmental chambers do not have stirring fans, which cannot guarantee the uniformity of VOCs concentration, and mostly adopt the form of a large cabin with a small cabin, and install an air-conditioning system in the large cabin to control the temperature
As a result, the system is complicated and the project cost is high, but the temperature control effect is not excellent

Embodiment Construction

[0008] The double cabin system that the present invention proposes is described in detail as follows in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment:

[0009] The general structure of detection system of the present invention, as figure 1 As shown, it includes two environmental chambers 1 with exactly the same design, a stainless steel shell 2 that simultaneously supports the two environmental chambers and provides a water bath space, an insulating material coat 3 set outside the stainless steel shell, and a water bath that provides hot water at a constant temperature heater (not shown). Two holes with the same diameter as the environmental chamber body are opened on the top of the stainless steel shell, and the two environmental chambers are put into the space of the shell through these two holes and fixed by welding. Each environmental cabin comprises a cylindrical cabin body 11, the hatch cover 12 of the same diameter as the cabin body, the sealing ring that is pre...

Abstract

The invention relates to a double-chamber system used for the release detection of volatile chemical pollutants of indoor building materials, belonging to the field of indoor environment tests. The system comprises two identically designed environmental chambers, one stainless steel shell simultaneously supporting the two environmental chambers and providing water bath spaces and one set of water-bath heater providing constant temperature hot water, wherein two holes with the diameter of being identical with that of each environmental chamber are arranged on the top part of the stainless steelshell, and the two environmental chambers are arranged in the inner space of the shell by the two holes and then welded and fixed; and each environmental chamber comprises one cylindrical chamber body, a chamber cover the diameter of which is identical with that of the chamber body, a sealing ring pressed between the chamber body and the chamber cover and an annular sealing clamp groove clampingthe chamber body, the sealing ring and the chamber cover together. The double-chamber system is compact, portable, simple and reliable, does not adsorb VOCs and has excellent sealing performance, airin the chambers is uniformly mixed, and the manufacturing cost is not high. A parallel experiment, a repeated experiment and a contrast experiment can be simultaneously carried out by using the two chambers for measurement, thus shortening the detection time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of indoor environment inspection, in particular to a double-chamber system for detecting the emission characteristics of organic volatiles of indoor building materials. Background technique [0002] Indoor air quality significantly affects people's comfort, health and work efficiency, and has attracted more and more attention. The high concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by interior decoration and building materials is one of the main reasons for the poor indoor air quality. The emission characteristics of VOCs in building materials are determined by three key emission parameters: the initial emittable content of VOCs in building materials C 0 , the mass transfer diffusion coefficient D of VOC in building materials m , and the distribution coefficient K of VOC at the interface between air and building materials. In order to ensure that the measurement parameters are as accurate as possible, t...
