Abstract

The invention relates a continuous casting two cold closed chamber casting blank surface temperature field measuring device. The front end of a heat insulating protective sleeve is provided with heat resisting quartz glass, and a cleaning mechanism is arranged in front of one side of the quartz glass. An infrared array CCD camera is arranged in the heat insulating protective sleeve, and a coolingsleeve is sheathed outside the heat insulating protective sleeve. An inlet gas splitter and an outlet air separator are arranged on the cooling sleeve; and the front end of the outlet air separator is provided with a guide mechanism which leads the air to horizontally blow the casting blank surface in a line shape. The device can overcome the influence of dispersed water mist medium when an optical path is measured, and lead the infrared array CCD camera to work within a controlled temperature range by a temperature sensor; the camera has strong heat resisting capabilty, and the arranged cleaning mechanism can guarantee the cleaness of the quartz class, thus being capable of realizing the measurement of the casting blank surface temperature field with long term, stability, continuity and accuracy, in the two cold closed chambers.
