Problems solved by technology

The former is affected by many factors such as transportation distance, rainy season, difficult operation, and large damage, which should cause its survival rate to be low; the tillering method of the latter is to cut the whole clump of bare-root seedlings as a new plant, and then through disinfection, root pulping, etc. Transplanted into nutrient bowls for further cultivation
This method damages the root system of the plant and the seedlings more, the cultivation recovery period and the cycle are long, the quality of the seedlings is poor, and the survival rate is low, generally 20%-50%, and the economic loss is relatively large in large-scale production; the value-added rate is -0.15~0.5, unable to achieve the purpose of proliferation;

Embodiment 1

[0021] Example 1: Propagation and cultivation of vegetative pot seedlings—Dendrocalamus yunnanicus (Dendrocalamus giganteus). Buried stalks and buried knot cluster seedlings of bamboo species adopt the following technical steps to divide and cultivate container seedlings:

[0022] 1. Tiller season and time

[0023] Generally, the cluster seedlings with stalks and joints buried from February to May of the current year can be tilled and transplanted from June to November to cultivate containers; the seedling time is 7:00-10:00 in the morning and 4:00-7 in the afternoon. :00 or cloudy;

[0024] 2. Selection and pruning of suitable bagging materials

[0025] Cut and transplant the plants in a timely manner, and select the seedling clusters with well-developed root system, good growth of branches and leaves, single pole diameter ≥ 0.8cm, no flowering phenomenon, and no pests and diseases; 3-4 days before the seedlings are taken, the seedlings that have been confirmed to meet the ...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Example 2 Propagation and cultivation of vegetative pot seedlings—Dendrocalamus penculiaris. Buried stalks and buried knot cluster seedlings of bamboo species adopt the following technical steps to divide and cultivate container seedlings.

[0041] 1. Tiller season and time

[0042] Generally, the cluster seedlings with stalks and joints buried from February to May of that year can be tilled and transplanted from June to November to cultivate container seedlings; the seedling time is 7:00-10:00 in the morning and 4:00- pm in the afternoon. 7:00 or cloudy;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of cultivating nutrition pot seedling by tillering and transplanting large-scale sympodial bamboos, comprising the following technical steps: (1) determining the season and time of tillering; (2) selection and trimming of materials suitable for supplying bags; (3) watering before picking seedlings; (4) making preparation work; (5) cutting; (6) keeping wet; and (7)transplanting to other containers. The technology in the invention is applicable to bamboo species such as dendrocalamus, dendrocalamus giganteus, dendrocalamus yunnanicus and the like. The inventionis characterized by carrying the original soil, namely, in the processes of tillering and transplanting, treatments like root starching and the like are not needed, thus reducing or avoiding the damage to the root systems, clusters and buds of the plants; the working procedure is less, the survival rate of plant divisions is high and can reach 80%-95% (which is determined according to the conditions of the original soil carried); the nursery stock recovery cycle is short after supplying bags (normal growth can be completely recovered in 1-3 weeks), and the bag seedling cultivation cycle is shortened by 1-2 months compared with traditional methods. The tillering and transplanting carrying with the original soil mainly aim at retaining the original soil which is not removed in the tilleringprocess, bag supplying transplanting is carried out after pruning and timely tillering in turn, and procedures like sterilization, root starching and the like are not needed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant seedling cultivation and vegetative propagation, and in particular relates to the technique of transplanting, expanding and propagating, cultivating nutritious pot seedlings of large-scale clustered bamboo with buried stalks and buried nodes. Background technique [0002] Large-scale cluster bamboos are cultivated by the method of burying stalks and knots, mainly adopting two afforestation methods: directly taking bare-root seedlings for afforestation in the afforestation season, and transplanting and cultivating container seedlings for afforestation at the seedling stage. The former is affected by many factors such as transportation distance, rainy season, difficult operation, and large damage, which should cause its survival rate to be low; the tillering method of the latter is to cut the whole clump of bare-root seedlings as a new plant, and then through disinfection, root pulping, etc. Transplan...
