The other aim of the invention is to provide a method for preparing the Chinese herbal medicament. The Chinese herbal medicament has good creative effect by comprising the following components in weight range: 50 to 200 grams of polygonum cuspidatum and 500 to 2,000 grams of clean water. The method for preparing the active components of the Chinese herbal medicament comprises the following steps: boiling the polygonum cuspidatum and the water according to the weight ratios and then decocting the mixture with slow fire for 30 minutes, and filtering the decoction to obtain a filtrate which is the Chinese herbal medicament and is subpackaged with 250 grams for each pack.
