The invention relates to a compound fluconazole ointment prepared from fluconazole, neomycinsulphate, vaseline, lanolin, liquid paraffin, stearic acid, span-80, span-85, tween-80, sorbic acid, A-200, A-380, glycerol, DMF, ethyl acetate and distilled water. The invention uses new-generation triazole type medicine fluconazole to substitute nystatin in erfuling, combines fluconazole and neomycinsulphate to treat deep mycotic infection and has favorable curative effect. The ointment has enlarged antimicrobial spectrum, enhanced bacterium resistance and reduced toxic or side effect and can achieve the effect of deep therapy. Medicine-sensitive and clinical experiments indicate that the invention can effectively control the itch disease of the auditory canals of animals and the infection of mould fungi and microzyme in the skin and the auditory canals, is also effective to the local mycotic infection of dogs and cats and also can treat any possible primary and secondary bacterial infection. The compound fluconazole ointment is applied to the surfaces of the skin and the auditory canals and can effectively relieve inflammatory reactions and itch.
