The present invention discloses a fish feedstuff of coreius guichenoti and a preparing method thereof. The fish feedstuff is proportionally composed of Peru fishemeal powder, soya bean meal, wheat middling, oil bran, bean oil, a plurality of mineral salts, a plurality of vitamins, adhesive, antioxidant and mould inhibitor. The preparing method comprises the following steps: crushing the raw materials and screening the crushed raw materials; mixing a plurality of weighted vitamins, the plurality of mineral salts, the adhesive, the antioxidant and the mould inhibitor; putting the weighted fish powder, soya bean meal, wheat middling and oil bran into a mixer for mixing, putting the mixed material into the mixer for mixing to uniform; adding the bean oil and water, and simultaneously adding steam for continuously mixing to uniform; preparing the mixture to the particles with equal particle diameter; keeping the temperature of 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C; dewatering with cold air and cooling. Thefish feedstuff of the invention is suitable for the production of large-sized and middle-sized feedstuff manufacturer. The water-proof soak time is long. The growth speed of fish after eating the feedstuff is high. In one-year cultivation when each fish is grown from 20g to the fingerling with the weight of 80-100g, the survival rate is 70%.
