[0007] 1. Specimen collection: 1356 cases of cervical specimens were collected. The women who received the experiment were between 24 and 70 years old, all married and had no history of cervical surgery. In all cases, the exfoliated cells were extracted by swabbing the cervix for 2 weeks with a sterile cotton swab, and then the cervical exfoliated cells were obtained with a sterile cell brush for TCT examination. The cervical exfoliated cells extracted from cotton swabs and the cervical exfoliated cells fixed in TCT preservation solution were all used in P16 INK4a ELISA kit for detection of p16 INK4a protein expression.
