The invention discloses a medicine for treating hyperkinetic syndrome of children, which consists of rhizoma gastrodiae, bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae, arisaema cum bile, rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, dried orange peel, tuckahoe, tuckahoewithpine, salvia miltiorrhiza, ophiopogon root, ophiopogon root, grass-leaved sweetflag, milkwort, scorpion, stiff silkworm, amber, vermilion, liquorice and muskiness. The medicine can also be added with the following compositions in weight portion: 12 portions of human placentae, 12 portions of radix codonopsitis, and 10 portions of bamboo shavings. The compositions of the medicine are processed and prepared into supracellular grade micro mist (over 300 meshes) traditional Chinese medicine powder; then 100 portions of bamboo juice and 30 portions of ginger juice are added to the powder; the mixture with proper cold boiled water is mixed into water-bindered pills; and the water-bindered pills are dried by airing and stored in a bottle for reserve.
