Abstract

In the prior art, operators generally judge whether a spot-color suits an original pattern or not by their experience on a spot-color plate after rasterization, and the operation method completely depends on the experience of the operators, which is extremely easy to go wrong. The method of the invention comprises creating an imposing template file for describing imposing results after performing standardized treatments, and then extracting spot-colors in all small-format portable file pages during the imposing process, sequentially generating color lumps with different percentages according the extracted sequence, and finally combining an imposing spot-color mark. Utilizing the method and the system of the invention, operators can utilize instruments to measure the density of the spot-color lump with different percentages to adjust spot-color ink, besides, the operators can conveniently find spot-color plates according spot-color names, thereby bringing greatly convenience for the operators, and increasing the printing efficiency and quality.
