The invention discloses a dynamic sealing device which is used for a medium-and-high voltage power switchgear; the dynamic sealing device comprises a shell, a shell cover which is installed by coordinating with the shell, a principal axis which is arranged in the shell and is linked with an actuating mechanism inside an inflatable compartment as well as an operating mechanism outside the inflatable compartment, and at least one permanent magnet as well as two magnetic poles, which are installed by coordinating with the internal holes of the shell and have a gap with the principal axis; the two magnetic poles are respectively positioned at two sides of the permanent magnet; the magnetic pole is provided with a plurality of magnetic pole teeth; and magnetic fluid is arranged between the magnetic pole teeth and the principal axis.
