The slurry stickiness of the cement is 150 to 600 MPa.s, and the initial setting time of the cement is 8 to 9 hours. The concrete mixture can adopt the conventional construction method to carry out the construction, including the common concrete vibrating method which adopts the slump to control, and can also adopt the construction method which adopts the slump flow to control.
