Abstract

The invention discloses a dielectric test device and method of an electric actuator in a helium environment. The device comprises a pressure gauge (1), an air exhaust and inflation hole (2), a penetrating piece (3) and a test container (4) formed by a cover body and a box body which are connected in a sealing manner; the electric actuator is put into the test container, the pressure gauge, the airexhaust and inflation hole and the penetrating piece are arranged on the cover body of the test container, a cable of the electric actuator is led out the test container by virtue of the penetratingpiece, and a mechanical pump is in communication with the interior of the test container by virtue of the air exhaust and inflation hole. The test container is vacuumized to -0.1MPa by virtue of the mechanical pump, then helium is introduced into the test container, after replacement is performed twice, gas pressure in the cavity of the test container is 0.1MPa-0.11MPa, the impurity content is about 1*10<-5>m<3> per cubic meter, and the electric actuator is put into a 0.1MPa helium environment to be subjected to a dielectric test. The device disclosed by the invention can know dielectric properties of the electric actuator in the helium environment, and the electric actuator still can execute specified functions under earthquake loads and helium environment conditions.
