Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for aggregation link transmission messages, which comprises the following steps: receiving the messages of a first link layer sent by the polymerization link; transforming the received messages of the first link layer into messages of a network layer; sending the messages of the network layer to corresponding outgoing ports according to destination addresses in the transformed messages of the network layer. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a communication device, which comprises a receiving module for receiving the messages of the first link layer sent by the aggregation link; a first transforming module for transforming the messages of the first link layer received by the receiving module into the messages of the network layer; a sending module for sending the messages of the network layer to the corresponding outgoing ports according to the destination addresses in the messages of the network layer transformed by the first transforming module. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention forwards the messages received from the ports of the aggregation link into the messages of the network layer for routing forwarding and realizes the binding of different types of links on the aggregation link.
