Abstract

The invention relates to a quantitative sterilization effect evaluation method of outer surface of an aseptic filling equipment of beer or other beverages. The quantitative evaluation method comprises the following steps of: (1) adhering a detection slice loaded with a standard microorganism on the outer surface of a detected equipment; (2) sterilizing the outer surface of the equipment; (3) sampling the residual standard microorganism on the detection slice, culturing and calculating to obtain residual value of the standard microorganism; and (4) comparing the residual value of the standard microorganism and the original value to obtain the evaluation result. The invention can rapidly and quantitatively evaluate the sterilization effect of the outer surface of an aseptic filling equipment, and judge whether the sterilization effect in various positions of the sterilization system coverage region. The invention can also be used as a comparative analysis and evaluation means of the sterilization effects of the outer surface of the aseptic filling equipment using different sterilization methods (containing different disinfectants).
