The fungi is prepared through liquid fermentation culture method; the metabolite has the outstandingcharacteristics of strong toxic action and significant nematode killing effect on plant parasitic nematode, such as Meloidogyne spp., Aphelenchoides besseyi and Heterodera glycines especially. The fermentation broth of the strain has excellent control effect on Meloidogyne spp., Aphelenchoides besseyi and Heterodera glycines.
