Abstract

The present invention discloses a guava health protection drinking and a preparation method and consists of guava leaves, chrysanthemum, mint leaves, green orange peel powder, common fennel powder and edible pectin. The guava leaves, the chrysanthemum and the mint leaves are dried and crushed before being added with green orange peel powder and common fennel power for flavor treating, then the edible pectin is added with water to form the edible glue water which is used for blending the crushed and flavored powders into a paste shape which is then pressed into slices which is cut into threads, the threads is then rolled and packed according to the shape of a cigarette.
