Abstract

The invention discloses a planning method of an adjacent cell of a mobile honeycomb network: 1. A planning district is divided into a plurality of point lattices in an electric map; 2. according to each point lattice and based on the covered point analysis method, a statistic analysis of a candidate adjacent cell list of each sector in the district is done; 3. A triangulation with directions based on distance is made and the candidate adjacent cell list of each sector is got; 4. The two results of the candidate adjacent cell got from Step 2 and Step 3 are combined. According to the chosen priority, a proper cell in the candidate adjacent cells of each sector is chosen to be an adjacent cell of the cell. The invention is characterized in that the point analysis based on the coverage and the triangulation with directions based on distance are used to plan the adjacent cells at the same time, and while choosing the adjacent cells, the cells of prior strength or of prior distance can be chosen to be an objective adjacent subdistrcit, thus achieving the aim of improving the succeed ratio of the switch-in and improving the entire using efficiency of the system resources.
