Embodiment Construction

[0044] The following explains the information transmission system and transmitter-receiver through the human body related to the embodiment of the present invention.

[0045] FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram of a body-passing information transmission system related to an embodiment of the present invention, and shows an example of a heart rate meter system as a body-passing information transmission system.

[0046] In addition, FIG. 2 is a detailed block diagram of the transmitter-receiver 102 , and FIG. 3 is a detailed block diagram of the receiver 106 . Incidentally, in FIGS. 1 to 3 , the same reference numerals are applied to the same parts.

[0047] In FIGS. 1 to 3 , the transmitter-receiver 102 as the first communication device and the receiver 106 as the second communication device are both fixed on the human body 101 for use. The transmitter-receiver 102 is fixed on the chest of the human body 101 by a chest strap 110 . The receiver 106 is fixed on one arm of ...

Abstract

A signal is transmitted more stably by an information transmission through-human-body system. An electrode (104) of a transmitter / receiver (102) in contact with or capacitively coupled to a human body (101) is electrically connected through the human body (101) (mainly the chest portion or the left arm) to an electrode (108) of a receiver (106) in contact with or capacitively coupled to the human body (101). An electrode (105) of a transmitter / receiver (102) in contact with or capacitively coupled to the human body (101) is electrically connected to an electrode (109) of the receiver (106) so disposed as to face outward from the human body (101). The transmitter / receiver (102) and the receiver (106) communicate with each other through a path passing through the electrodes (104, 105, 108, 109) and the human body (101) and the capacitive coupling.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an information transmission system and a transmitter-receiver through the human body for an information transmission through the human body. Background technique [0002] In recent years, communication using the human body as a transmission line has been eagerly proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 1-3). [0003] FIG. 6 is a system structural diagram of the information transmission system through the human body described in Patent Document 1. FIG. See, for example, US Patent Publication No. 5,914,701, column 1, line 60 to column 6, line 37; FIGS. 1 to 4 . In FIG. 6, a transmitter 402 is worn on one arm of a human body 401 and a receiver 405 is worn on the other arm. One electrode 403 of the transmitter 402 is in contact with or capacitance-connected with the human body 401 , while the other electrode 404 thereof is fixed while being directed to the outside of the human body 401 . In addition, one electrode 406...
