The method in the present invention includes the following steps: a cell detects the synchronous beaconing information to the adjacent cell and the synchronous beaconing information includes the time scale information and mark information of the adjacent cell; said cell extracts the time scale information of the adjacent cell from said synchronous beaconing information and compares it with the scale information of the local cell to determine if a synchronization adjusting is needed, and if it is, a synchronization adjusting is performed through obtaining frame adjusting time scale, otherwise, the operation is ended.
