Abstract

The invention provides a drive circuit, display equipment and the method which is used to adjust the picture renewal rate. The above display equipment contains an organic light emitter diode display array and a drive circuit. The above drive circuit contains a sense unit, the arteries produces member and a sequential control member. Sense unit detect this organic light emitter diode displsy array whether the picture belong to a dynamic picture. If otherwise, then produces the first control signal; if, then produces the second control signal. The above time arteries produce member produce a the arteries signal, the arteries signal frequency response the first control signal is the first frequency, response the second control signal is the second frequency, and the first frequency to be higher than the second frequency. The sequential control unit response the arteries signal frequency to set this display unit picture renewal rate. This invention may reduce the picture remnant shade, simultaneously also reduces the electric power consumption and also lengthens the display unit life.
