Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described below.

[0037] A method for dynamic detection of infrastructure test signals, said method comprising the following steps:

[0038] (1) Install sensors symmetrically on both sides of the pile below the pile top to be tested;

[0039] (2) During detection, a signal is generated by hitting with a hammer on the top of the pile foundation;

[0040] (3) The sensor records the received signal;

[0041] (4), the signals of the two sensors are transmitted to the signal smoothing module, and the two signals are processed and merged according to the amplitude and the acoustic time difference, and the high frequency part of the signal is smoothed;

[0042] (5), the signal is denoised by a low-pass filter;

[0043] (6) Transmit the noise-reduced signal to the signal processing module, and analyze the integrity of the pile foundation according to the obtained signal.

[0044] Further, in the above (3), two sensors receive the signa...

Abstract

A method to detect testing signals of basic structure dynamically. It contains the following steps: (1) Equip sensors on both sides of pile body below the tested pile block symmetrically. (2) Knock the top of pile foundation to get a signal while testing. (3) Record the signal by sensors. (4) Signals from the two sensors are transferred to signal smoothing module. Treat and combine the two signals based on the swing and sound rate and implement curve smoothing on the high frequency part of the signal. (5) Utilize low band filter to realize signal silence. (6) Transfer the silent signal to signal treatment module for integrality analysis of pile foundation. The invention provides a method to detect testing signals of basic structure dynamically, which can eliminate noise effectively and has high testing accuracy.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dynamic detection method for basic structure test signals. (2) Background technology [0002] The foundation structure mainly refers to various pile foundation structures built under the ground. It has been widely used in high-rise buildings, heavy factory buildings, bridge structures, offshore platforms, water conservancy facilities, and nuclear power plants. According to incomplete statistics, the current average annual consumption of pile foundations in my country is calculated in millions, and the actual cost accounts for 20% to 30% of the total project investment. Since the quality of the basic structure is greatly affected by many conditions such as construction conditions, and most of them are concealed projects, the proportion of defective piles is relatively large, which has a serious impact on the overall project quality. Therefore, effective, reliable and accurate inspection of these basic structures More and ...
